Does the kit have different texts and questions?
The PROBE2 Supplementary kit is the same as the PROBE2 Reading Comprehension Assessment kit, except it doesn't have the copymasters.
The stories and questions are the same.
The kit has two books:
1. Guide & Answers
2. Student Texts
It was produced to allow schools with a limited budget to have multiple PROBE2 Reading Comprehension Assessment kits at a more affordable price.
Only schools on a single site/campus can purchase a PROBE2 Supplementary kit. Private individuals, specialists are required to purchase a full kit.
To legally purchase PROBE2 Supplementary kits a learning institution must have at least one full kit. The student assessment sheets are copied from the full kit.
It is suggested teachers using a PROBE2 Supplementary kit have the full kit(s) at a central place for ease of copying. Appreciate that you must only copy from a copymaster section of the full kit. Copying copies is a breach of copyright laws.
Teachers using both the full kit and the PROBE2 Supplementary kit often have copies of the Student Assessment Sheets made up and stored in a clear file folder.
