REQUIREMENTS FOR INVOICING
Payment is made within 30 days of receipt.
An added 2.5% per month will be paid on overdue accounts.
SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied with the purchase you may be fully refunded or an invoice nullified.
This does not automatically apply if you order multiple copies of any one resource. (i.e. only order multiple copies of a resource when you know what the resources contain.)
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
1) are returned within 10 days of receipt.
2) have not been used, copied etc.
3) are not damaged (scratched, bent, marked or soiled)
If you return goods ensure they are well protected, as you will be liable for any damage.
