Orders normally processed within 48 hrs of receipt.
Normal delivery 3-6 days (to main island centres).

PAYMENT
Unless there is a previous agreement payments must be made in advance of any products being dispatched.
SATISFACTION
If you are not satisfied with the purchase and conditions of return are met you will be refunded.
This does not automatically apply if you order multiple copies of any one resource. (i.e. only order multiple copies of a resource when you know what the resources contain.)
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS
1) are returned within 10 days of receipt.
2) have not been used, copied etc.
3) are not damaged (scratched, bent, marked or soiled)
If you return goods ensure they are well protected, as you will be liable for any damage.
